Recently, speculation about an imminent release of Marvel’s Midnight Suns due to age ratings has picked up speed. A new leak could now have revealed the specific release date.
A seemingly very reliable leak could have given us all sorts of new information about the promising Marvel’s Midnight Suns even before it was officially confirmed – above all the possible release date.
Several images of the game had recently been leaked, in the context of which October 6, 2022 was also mentioned as a possible release date for the title. The images by the author Nils Ahrensmeier have since been removed from the web again at the request of 2K Games due to copyright infringement, but this circumstance also gives a deep insight into the fact that the material may have been genuine.
In addition to the possible date, the leak also revealed that three different versions of the game should be released: a Standard Edition, an Enhanced Edition and a Legendary Edition. The Enhanced Edition is essentially the base game plus some extra skins, such as a Future Soldier skin for Captain America. Otherwise, a Mar Vell skin for Captain Marvel, a Phoenix 5 skin for Magik, a Sister Grimm skin for Nico Minoru and an X-Force skin for Wolverine should be included.
The Legendary Edition also includes the Legendary Premium Pack with 23 skins and the Season Pass for the game. The latter is said to include four DLC packs, each introducing a new hero, missions, enemies and more to the game.
And last but not least, the leak suggests that Spider-Man and Scarlet Witch will also be playable characters in Marvel’s Midnight Suns. It remains to be seen whether the rumor will be fully fulfilled in this form. Of course we will keep you up to date!
