An additional animated film for Sonic?
Sonic Frontiers has been sharing tons of information with us for the past few days. After revealing what his open world contains and focusing on the combat part of his gameplay, The title revealed the presence of Sonic Frontiers: Prologue during Sonic Central. But what is it?
As you can see by looking at the short teaser available above, it is an animated short film. The latter will be available later this year (before the launch of Sonic Frontiers) and will serve as an introduction to Sonic’s next adventure. That’s not all ! The few seconds also suggest that Knuckles will play an important role in this story that sends Sonic, Tails and Amy into a gigantic wormhole.
What format for Sonic Frontiers: Prologue?
At the moment we know very little about this Sonic Frontiers: Prologue, but note anyway that this proposal will be a short film in 2D animation. It will be used to set the stage for this new adventure and to promote the game a few days before its release.
Also, if you follow some news related to Sonic, this is not the only animation project dedicated to the blue hedgehog, since our favorite hero will also return in a Netflix series. Unfortunately, the latter does not have a release date, but do you know that it will allow us to travel to Green Hill, the green world of the universe, together with Sonic and Shadow, who also decided to show himself during Central Sonic.
