In case we had not yet signed up on the agenda, Outriders surprised yesterday with a spectacular gameplay trailer and its commitment to offer a cutting-edge experience thanks to its departure on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. This cooperative action RPG shooter is in charge of People Can Fly and is backed by Square Enix, so it is a major project, but one of the former studio workers remembers that the oldest veteran creators have long since left the team
Through his official Twitter account, Adrian Chmielarz, former creative of People Can Fly and now responsible for The Astronauts, clarifies that the artists that gave life to the most famous titles of the studio, Painkiller and Bulletstorm, are no longer on the team. The current People Can Fly team is totally different from what it was then, so it does not necessarily have to follow the same creative lines nor drink from the revenue that the previous works of the study got.
I expect to see a lot of this in the future… TBC: Painkiller / Bulletstorm PCF and #Outriders PCF are almost two different studios. None of the creatives behind the old titles is there anymore. Best of luck to the current team! – but I just wanted to set the record straight. pic.twitter.com/FbhHnIsYpB

Despite this warning, Chmielarz does not want to detract from the current team or sow distrust, it is more, ** desired all the luck in the world to those responsible for Outriders **. If everything goes as expected, its launch will take place at the end of the year as the first intergenerational launch of Square Enix.
