However, to get the most out of a late-game build, you’ll need to know what to do with charms and skill stonesand how to get and upgrade charms. We’ve detailed these processes below to help you get through the hardships of hell a little easier.

What to do with charms and skill stones in Diablo Immortal explained

The most important thing to know is that you should mostly ignore charms until you reach higher difficulty levels in hellbecause they take a lot of time and money for even the slightest chance of improving your stats.

You must be level 56 to equip a charm Either way, just store Charms and Skill Stones in your stash when you find them, and worry about Legendary Gems and Legendary Gear instead.

You cannot equip charms until your character reaches level 56.

When you reach level 56, you’ll want to equip a charm that benefits you, because unlike other Diablo Immortal gear, you can choose charms that are more suited to other classes.

At level 56, go through your stored charms and equip one that has your class and a skill you use mentioned in its description. For example, if you’re playing a crusader with the “Draw and Quarter” skill currently equipped, you’re going to want to look for a charm that says something like “Draw and Quarter + 2% to damage”. You can only equip one charm at a time, so make sure it’s for a skill you’re using.

Your charm will tell you which class uses each skill bonus.

It is important to note that you can never change a charm’s bonus modifier. A ‘Draw and Quarter +2% to damage’ charm can never improve this damage percentage. You can, however, add additional bonuses to a charm by enhancing it or replacing the bonuses using a skill stone.

Charms start at Rank 1 with a random skill bonus, but can be ranked to have a total of five random skill bonuses. Each bonus can be revived by imbuing a skill stonewhich always have five skill bonuses.

The most annoying thing about imbuing a skill stone on a charm in Diablo Immortal is that you are not guaranteed that a specific skill will transfer from a skill stone to a charm. It’s a random 20% chance that the skill bonus you want from the five available on a skill stone will be applied to your charm.

Luckily, charms with worthless stats for your class can be scavenged for alchemy powder, which is needed to upgrade other charms. However, upgraded charms cannot be recovered. To use unwanted Enhanced Charms, you will need to bring the Charm to Rank 5 to extract a Skill Stone from it to sell in the Market for Platinum.

How to get charms in Diablo Immortal

The whole process of leveling up charms requires you to go out and farm them for alchemy powder, so you’ll need to know where to find charms.

There are currently four ways to obtain charms in Diablo Immortal:

  • As a possible Bounty reward
  • By purchasing from the Hilts trader
  • From Free Battle Pass Rewards
  • Daily Activity Rewards

Bounty Rewards

It’s not guaranteed that you’ll get Charms as a reward for completing bounties, but you might as well give it a try.

Unfortunately, there’s a limit of eight Bounties you can complete each day, so you only have eight chances to get a Bounty Charm per day and 56 per week. Although it’s highly unlikely that you’ll get a charm for completing even half of your bounties.

Head to the bounty board and complete them for a chance to get charms.

Head to the bounty board to the north in Westmarch, above the location of the Rift of the Elders, to collect four bounties at once, then return when you’ve completed them to claim your rewards.

Merchant of handles

You can buy three charms a week from trader Hilts for 100 Hilts each. It’s not a large amount, but at least they’re guaranteed.

You can purchase a limited amount of charms each week from Hilts Trader.

You can also purchase charms for 100 handles in the “Limited Time” section with the handle trader, but as this is a random selection of items each day, there is no guarantee that the charms will the.

Battle Pass Rewards

The current battle pass offers four charms for reaching level 16 and four more for reaching level 36. These charm rewards are part of the free battle pass tier, so no need to purchase the premium tier “Empowered” if you want to. it’s just charms. after.

Just like with the Hilts trader, the battle pass isn’t a great source for getting charms, but it’s a nice free bonus on top of looking for them elsewhere.

Daily Activity Rewards

This same menu lists all the ways you can earn Battle Points, so just pick the activities that work for you, then view your codex again when you’ve earned enough points to claim your Charm from the daily rewards tab. “Activities”.

How to Upgrade Charms in Diablo Immortal

To improve charms in Diablo Immortal, you need to go to the Charming Craftsman located to the south in Westmarch, near the Wolf’s Gate, then choose “Upgrade” and use 20 alchemical powders.

Go to the southern part of Westmarch to improve your charms.

A Charm starts at Rank 1 and can be upgraded up to a maximum of Rank 5. Each time you upgrade a Charm’s Rank, it gains an additional random skill bonus.

To get the alchemical powder needed to enhance a charm in Diablo Immortal, you must collect rank 1 charms for x10 alchemy powder each with the charming craftsman. A charm with any other rank cannot be recovered.

The other system you can use to upgrade Charms in Diablo Immortal is through Skill Stones, obtained by mining a Charm for 500 Platinum with the Charm Craftsman.

The mined skill stone will contain the exact five bonus skills of the spell it was mined from.

A skill stone will contain all skill bonuses from the charm it was mined from.

To use a skill stone on a charm, go to the “Imbuer” option at the charm maker, select the charm you want to change, then select the skill bonus you want to replace, and finally choose the skill stone. skill with the bonus you want to apply to your Charm.

Before using a skill stone, it is important to note that you are not guaranteed to get the skill bonus you want from a skill stone – it’s even 20% chance between the five skills on that particular skill stone. The only thing you control is the skill stone you use and the current skill bonus you want to replace on a charm.

Replacing a skill bonus with that of a skill stone also has a random modifier applied to it: +2%, +4%, +6%, +8%, or +10%.

Here are the chances of getting each skill bonus modifier when using a skill stone on a charm in Diablo Immortal:

  • +2% bonus: 75%
  • +4% bonus: 19.5%
  • +6% bonus: 4%
  • +8% bonus: 1%
  • +10% bonus: 0.5%

Once imbued, you can’t use a skill stone again, but you can continue to replace any skill bonus on a charm as often as you like – and it’s a good thing you can, because the chance of getting five skill bonuses you want at +10% is incredibly low.

The only other way to get a skill stone is to buy one from the market for platinum. You can see what skill bonuses he has, but the chance of getting the one you want is still 20%. Skill stones purchased from the market work exactly the same as those you have mined yourself.

The skill bonuses applicable to your class will be highlighted in the market.

Trying to get a good roll on your charms can be a very expedient process for very little reward on previous Diablo Immortal difficulties. That’s why you shouldn’t worry about charms and skill stones until you really find yourself in combat.

Good luck with the perfect charm in Diablo Immortal!
