International Yoga Day will be significant for Apple as it announced the new challenge that Apple Watch users will be able to complete with just 20 minutes of training.

The new activity challenge for the Apple Watch related to yoga
Have you ever done yoga in your life? Apple encourages you to workout for 20 minutes or more. June 21 throughout the day, you must complete it to win a prize. Any app that can add workouts to the Health/Fitness app is eligible for the challenge.
It is a commitment that Apple has with the health of its users. There is a reason for issuing challenges to complete them on special days. Promote the use of the Apple Watch for exercise and that users discover all the possibilities available to them to achieve training goals.
The advantage is that the user can now live with any application that records training. This will unlock the achievement on iPhone, Apple Watch and also in the Messages app. The price is exclusive stickers to use through the messaging app, FaceTime and others that allow it.

Some time ago, those of Cupertino made the Apple Fitness+ service available to users. If you have the Apple One subscription, you can also achieve the International Yoga Day goal by doing any of the workouts available on the platform.
