  • With the help of Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill,” Max makes it out of Vecna’s clutches.
  • Spotify and “Stranger Things” have now created your very own Upside Down Playlist.
  • On it you will also find the song that will save YOU from Vecna.

Tomorrow it’s finally time: At 9 a.m. German time, the grand finale of “Stranger Things” starts on Netflix. The 2nd part of season 4 will probably bring deaths and end in an epic final fight with Vecna. So Max may have to get out her Walkman again.

Because in Season 4, the fan favorite listened to “Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)” by 80s icon Kate Bush in an endless loop – which gave the 27-year-old song a boost in popularity that was hardly thought possible.

Netflix and the music streaming giant Spotify have therefore come up with a very special campaign for all “Stranger Things” fans. If you click on the link in the following Twitter post, you will end up on your Upside Down playlist:

And the gag of the whole thing is: The first track from this list is the song that will save YOU from Vecna.

The personalized list above is compiled from your very own favorite tracks. Each playlist is therefore individual.

On Twitter, users are overjoyed and share which song would save them from Vecna. From Dua Lipa’s ‘Physical’ to Talking Heads’ ‘Psycho Killer’, Billie Eilish’s ‘Happier Than Ever’ and AC/DC’s ‘Thunderstruck’, everything is included.

Why not try it yourself to shorten the waiting time for the start of part 2 of the 4th season of “Stranger Things” a little.
