The developer of the Polish People Can Fly has been around for almost 20 years. A kick with the classic cult Painkiller, have made a name for themselves by combining Bishop's over-the-top action with dark humor and gunplay mechanics in games like Bulletstorm and Battle Gears: Judgment. When purchased by Epic in 2012, they recently decided to buy their own to do a project they called their most ambitious attempt so far: a black sci-fi shooter External ports.
Recently I had the opportunity to continue External ports many hours at an event in Los Angeles and he came out wanting to play more. Bringing together the co-op size of the shooter with RPG depth, External ports it really looks like, as People Can Fly would put it, a new generation arrow, as it will be introduced on the Xbox Series X (along with the Xbox One).
External ports it is set on a planet called Enoch, from which mankind came (or was left) after it finally made the world uninhabitable. After creating my character, a bearded warrior with a flawless beard, my game time was released at the beginning of the preview receiving titular Outriders (Elite Force Explosives) and a team of scientists entering the world.
Before I got into any action, I spent some time getting to know the people I was going to fight side by side with. This gave me the opportunity to test out the RPG style of gameplay style, which helped us unravel the characters and background image alongside some of the most popular journals.
After meeting with my colleagues and learning how to shoot at a high shooting range, I was sent on my first mission to find alternate routes sent to our planet. This gave me my first taste of the main gameplay. External ports
Once I got the charges, I went back to camp with R&R, but found another sign found. So far, but the signal was not coming from one of our phenes. I was sent to spy on a large army, and for the first time, I looked at Enoch's dangerous side. When I saw the mysterious black forest in the rain, my group and I came in contact with the tissues of the black goo that sent the wind into the world.
Naturally, and perhaps not surprising to anyone who watched sci-fi movies, one of my co-passengers was deciding to touch goo, which made him cough and chase. When the rest of the team returned our transport to get out, I was forced, fighting a large unknown creature before receiving the signal. As soon as I got there, however, a huge storm of strength began, forcing me to go back to travel. Unfortunately, when I got there I saw members of my team being severely beaten and violently kissing in front of my eyes.
I was attacked by one of the power boards too, but I was able to stay alive and take away some of the power, which changed the color of my eyes to deep blue. When the rest of my group and I returned to our camp, we were met by a working scientist (who was always a rabid!) Who ordered our execution. This started a war against our troops, and finally an explosion that left me bloody and attacked. One of the scientists I spoke to earlier, a bright young woman named Sira, dragged me back to our cryopods and put me to sleep.
I woke up from time to time later, but things had changed completely. The world around me was thick, I actually emerged when I was taken out of the masculine-painted heads drawn from the military, who decided to have fun by sending me to the "human world" to die. After boarding a truck with canals full of dead bodies (and other bodies hanging on the side of the road), I was thrown into a battlefield in the middle of a storm like the one I had seen before. Within minutes of trying to make my way to safety, I was hit by an expensive piece of airplane.
That is obviously not enough to get me in, as my eyes glow blue and the energy curls into my molded breasts. It was here that I was finally asked to choose a class that would determine my strengths. Yes, that's right, at External ports You will combine a third-person shooter with various removable sectional powers.
While there will be four stages in the game when you release, only three of my gaming options were available: Devastator, Trickster, and Pyromancer. The Devastator is a close-knit warrior, using the brute force that powers the planet itself. You can start an earthquake looking at enemies or give yourself a temporary shield by rocking them. Trickster, on the other hand, uses their time and place to their advantage. You will be able to send calls behind enemies with a quick strike, strike them with a power sword, or drop a huge balloon that will make anything inside of it slower.
As for me, I chose to play as Pyromancer, the king of the middle class. The first skill I unlocked (there would be eight abilities per class) was the Thermal Bomb, which exploded on the way to the ground and ignited enemies and held them back, even though they were behind cover. If they died during construction, they would explode and hurt other enemies. The next skill I had was Ash Blast, who created enemies in the surrounding area.
It is clear to see that External ports it was designed with a mental play. All of these skills went well with each other, as evidenced by my playing time and those around me. For example, one of my fellow Trickster teammates threw a slo-mo on the enemy team platform, which I then set fire to with a well-made Thermal Bomb. Then, with stones unable to move and lose their lives quickly, our Devastator dragged a lump of dirt that exploded beneath them, obliterating all four enemies before even shooting.
After fighting in the canals, I found a foreigner who took me back to a safe place used by rebel fighters. When I got there, I was greeted by an elderly lady with a pair of eyeglasses who immediately realized that I was the Exterior she had put on the cryopod 30 (!) Years earlier. Shira was much more sad and eyeless than I first encountered, and we had brief conversations in which she explained how everything had broken down shortly after the storm, called The Anomaly, began to kill or convert everyone who touched it.
To prove myself to be Sira and her rebels, I was given the task of opening the gate so they could return to the board. Fighting my way there gave me a taste of how powerful and quick it was to assemble External ports& # 39; Fighting is. The combination of massive firearms and classroom-based skills means that you will always be the best target against enemy groups despite their best efforts to stop you.
When I got to the gate, I was met by a formidable foe who was as strong as me. This battle of the bosses has been more difficult than anything I've seen in the game so far, as my enemy unleashes electric mines and lightning storms, in addition to firing me with a panic gun. After a solid 10 minutes, I finally overpowered him and managed to open the gate.
That's where my demo time came to an end, or I got a chance to look at some of the RPG machines in the game. Similar to most RPG shooters, you'll also be able to make the best, color-coded weapons to show you how often.
In addition to the traditional XP that lets you unlock more skills, you play with it External ports and it will gradually introduce you to the world's increasingly fragile tigers. These tiers will not only give you a higher challenge as you progress, but you will also see an increase in food deprivation and greater opportunities for higher adoption gear. There is nothing like dangerous or rewarding gameplay to save the adrenaline pump! You can change the tiers of the world anytime you want if you don't feel like you are faced with a challenge or you are not tired of milling a high gear.
While there is still much to learn about it External ports, I'm happy with what I've played so far. The combination of great fighting game, deep RPG mechanics, and a lot of lootiness is good for me personally. You can be sure we will bring you more External ports as we get closer to its launch on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X later this year.
