Life is Strange coming to Nintendo Switch? A release date has just dropped

It’s been ages since Life is Strange: Remastered Collection was available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. However, Nintendo Switch owners were still waiting for Max and Chloe to point their noses at the hybrid console. Well, you know that day has come Don’t Nod Entertainment and Deck Nine Games, the team behind the game’s port, just took the floor to announce two pieces of good news. The first is that the collection is fully optimized to run on Nintendo Switch, and the second is that the whole thing finally has a release date.

Experience the two award-winning Life is Strange games for the first time on Nintendo Switch! Travel back in time with Max Caulfield and discover the mysteries of Arcadia Bay alongside Chloe Price. Meet an unforgettable cast of characters in two compelling stories with overhauled graphics and enhanced animations, now optimized for Nintendo Switch. Don’t nod

We won’t have to wait too long for Life is Strange: Remastered Collection to land on Nintendo Switch as the software is now expected for the next 27.09. In other words, it will happen quickly.

A collection changing its name

Note that Don’t Nod is making a real difference between the version of Life is Strange: Remastered Collection available on PC and consoles and the Remastered Collection, which will be released on September 27th, 2022 on Nintendo Switch. That’s why today we learn that this Remastered Collection is changing its name at the direction of Nintendo’s hybrid console. From now on it is no longer called Life is Strange: Remastered Collection, but Life is Strange: Arcadia Bay Collection.

Regardless of whether it is Life is Strange: Remastered Collection or Life is Strange: Arcadia Bay Collection, the two proposals consist of exactly the same adventures, namely Life is Strange Remastered and Life is Strange: Before the Storm Remastered.
