But the teen didn't say what the DLC would actually have. While the word "free" was not used, doesn't it sound like this will be a paycheck? However, The Outer Worlds it was launched in late October, and while fans have been interacting with it for scenes, re-releases and more, Obsidian hasn't mentioned anything about the DLC so far.
"Details will be made available in due course," Obsidian said. No time window was specified, however The Outer Worlds will be launching on Nintendo Switch sometime before March 31, so maybe this gets to that point, too.
We enjoyed it The Outer Worlds and I appreciated its cohesive nature, but understand why some RPG fans – especially Obsidian RPG fans – might have been slightly reduced by the length of the game lasting 20 hours or more. Time, The Outer Worlds it reached No. 7 in our 50 leading games of 2019.
Also, to be clear, Obsidian says that this DLC will "expand the story," so it's not just cosmetics, gear or accessories to use in the existing world and story.
