It’s a nice way to end the week. Asobo Studio has just confirmed that there is no possible delay for the highly anticipated A Plague Tale Innocence.
A Plague Tale Requiem is clearly one of the most anticipated games of this year. Scheduled for October 18th on PS5, Xbox Series PC and Nintendo Switch in the cloud version, the game will not suffer the same fate as some other productions. The developers have just announced excellent news that should reassure those who feared a postponement.
A Plague Tale Requiem is GOLD!
Three years after the release of A Plague Tale Innocence, Asobo is ready to return with an even more ambitious sequel. Such is the success of its narrative action game and the international appeal of this French nugget that A Plague Tale Requiem is particularly awaited at the turn. The title will be brought closer to the visitors of Gamescom 2022 through an exclusive demo. The developers had shared a gameplay video of the game for the occasion, and good news for the rest of the players: the date is set for October 18th.
No more delay possible, A Plague Tale Requiem is gold. The development of the game is almost complete and the title is ready to be pressed and delivered without any problems. Of course, this doesn’t rule out the existence of a now inevitable day-one patch. The game will therefore not suffer the same fate as several other productions particularly anticipated this year but ultimately postponed. We are thinking in particular of Hogwarts Legacy or Forspoken.
