We reported a few weeks back that the Pokemon Company was planning to take action against those who downloaded Pokemon Sword & Shield information online before the official release of the game. Well, now it looks like they've been given the green light to do this and will now be able to take other steps against those who had previously provided details on the two most-contested games on the discord and in the series. The court is officially assigned to the courts.
