Spider-Gwen, also known as Spider-Woman, is Gwen Stacy’s secret identity in an alternate dimension in which she gained the powers of the radioactive spider instead of Peter Parker, who died shortly after transforming into The Lizard. She first appeared in the comic series Amazing Spider-Man: Edge of Spider-Verse and became so popular that he soon starred in a series of his own.
