A new Pokemon has been announced for the upcoming pokemon scarlet and violet.
The Toxic Monkey Pokemon known as Grafaaii is a normal/poisoned type with the ability to unload and poisoned touch.
It apparently likes to take territory by painting trees in the area. It works by the nocturnal Pokemon licking its hands and fingers, leaving them covered in poison. It then uses this poison paint on the tree, which in turn paralyzes Bug Pokemon attracted by the sweet, fragrant smell of saliva.
Pokemon is a solitary being and is said to be rather moody and has a “picky personality” as it tends to have territorial disputes with other Pokemon.
Grafaiai is adept at using its poisonous saliva, which changes color based on what the Pokemon eats. When attacking, it will spit or slash at the enemy after coating its claws with saliva.
You can expect Pokemon to appear when Pokemon Scarlet and Violet release on November 18th.
