Football Manager 2023’s release date is set for November 8, and word from Sega says it will be available on a variety of platforms and devices.
This includes the PlayStation 5 and Apple Arcade for the first time. On PS5, it will be “tailor-made” for the Dualsense controller, and after a lapse of a year, the Touch lineup returns to Apple devices via the Apple Arcade platform.
“FM23 marks another major step forward for the Football Manager series as we debut on two new platforms,” said Sports Interactive Studio Director Miles Jacobson. “Fans have been calling on us to make PlayStation games for years, so I’m delighted that these players now have the opportunity to experience the closest thing to a real football manager.”

Early Access will be available through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store approximately two weeks before the official release date, and single-player careers that start during this time can carry over to the final game.
Since SEGA’s goal is to reduce its carbon footprint, physical copies of the game will not contain discs, but will contain unique codes from Steam, the Epic Game Store or the Microsoft Store, making it 47% lower than Football Manager 22.
Football Manager 23 Console, formerly known as the Xbox Edition, will be available on day one via Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass. Meanwhile, Football Manager 2023 Mobile for iOS and Android will also be available on November 8.
In addition to Apple Arcade, Football Manager 2023 Touch is also coming to Nintendo Switch.
