The rumor mill has long been based on an approaching Direct conference, during which there will be a number of news about Zelda. Such a transfer has now been officially announced.
The Direct conference, which has long been mentioned in the rumor mill, has now actually been officially announced by Nintendo. However, speculation about a postponement of the format due to the death of the Queen has not been confirmed: the long-expected date this week remains. However, there is one restriction in this regard: Out of consideration, Nintendo has decided not to broadcast the live stream in Great Britain or via its own UK channel on YouTube.
Nintendo wants to broadcast the new Direct edition as early as tomorrow, Tuesday, September 13th. This should last around 40 minutes and focuses on highlights for the switch, which should appear this winter. The starting signal will be given at 4:00 p.m. German time.
Since winter officially lasts from December to March, not all titles shown will actually still be available in 2022; some of these may not follow until the new year 2023, including the latest Zelda adventure. At least it can be expected that the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will finally get an official name. Other Zelda rumors predict HD remakes of classic Wind Waker and Twilight Princess.
