One of the small details and novelties of iOS 16 is the power see the remaining battery percentage of our iPhone numerically. A novelty that arrived during the beta cycle, but not on all phones. Now, with iOS 16.1, Apple completes its arrival.
Percentage or no percentage, that is the question
Apple yesterday released the first beta version of iOS 16.1 with several changes for our iPhone. One of the most striking is that the possibility of seeing the percentage of the battery in the status bar of our iPhone for the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone XR and iPhone 11
So now all iPhone models compatible with iOS 16 can show battery percentage. It is true that at the moment iOS 16.1 is only available in beta version for developers, but we hope that in a few weeks it will be officially launched with all the changes it includes.
While it’s true that many people prefer not to see the exact percentage of the battery and rely on the most generic representation of its condition, others appreciate the detail provided by a numerical value.
Whatever our preference, from iOS 16.1 we will be able to configure our iPhone to show information about the remaining battery exactly as we want.
