Resident Evil Village DLC Shadow of the Rose and Winter Expansion Revealed at TGS

Resident Evil Village On October 28th, players will soon be able to participate in the Winters expansion.

Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, a bundle of the core game and the Winters expansion pack, was released on the same day.

To cheer up the expansion for the 6.5 million players who have already purchased the game, new footage of the DLC premiered at the Tokyo Game Show and featured a new animation of Ethan Winters in third-person mode. The video also delves into the mind of the giant fungus, shedding new light on the Shadow of the Rose.

In this new story 16 years after the main game, Rose Winters searches for a cure for her powers. However, she must use them to survive the encounter with the Face Eaters. Rose’s abilities allow her to stun enemies long enough to avoid them or target their weak spots.

You can also see new mercenary add-on command characters in action, including Lady Dimitrescu summoning a swarm of insects. Other orders will also include Chris Redfield and Karl Heisenberg and a new stage.

It was also announced today that Resident Evil Village is now available for Mac users.

Finally, Capcom has announced that it will be hosting a Resident Evil Showcase in October where it will discuss more about the Resident Evil 4 Remake for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
