diablo 4 Developer Blizzard Entertainment will host a closed beta for its new action RPG focused on the title’s endgame. announced on Monday. The “confidential” closed beta test will be playable on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X in 2022. A public testing phase, open to all, is planned for early 2023, Blizzard said.
For the confidential text, Blizzard said it will select a select number of players who have recently played a lot of endgame content Diablo 2: Risen and Diablo 3. Interested players must opt-in to receiving communications updates from Blizzard by October 11th to be eligible for invites. Blizzard hasn’t said exactly when the closed beta phase will begin. diablo 4 Endgame content includes a nightmare difficulty event called Helltide, where players can fight more powerful enemies to get them very valuable booty; Nightmare Dungeons, which are extra-hard dungeons with special modifiers for more specific challenges; Whispers of the Dead, quests with rewards for completing various tasks around the world; Fields of Hate, Cursed PvP Zones; and Paragon Boards, a “character growth system” unlocked after level 50.
