The team at Square Enix has informed Weekly Famitsu that the development of the long-awaited and newly announced Octopath Traveler II is now 90% complete. The Japanese company went on to say that the development team is currently on the final stretch, meaning that it is very likely that the game will be ready to launch on 24th February, 2023. Square Enix concluded by saying that they will share more information about the visually stunning JRPG at a later date.
“We’re excited to finally announce to everyone that Octopath Traveler II’s development is 90% complete. We are currently in the last stretch, so we ask that you wait just a little bit more. Keep an eye out for further information coming out at a later date.”
