No more stolen pictures and videos from filming in Canada. It’s about time HBO’s The Last of Us series got its due with a first trailer.
Today is the big day for the fans. As every September 26th, Naughty Dog is celebrating the day the pandemic began in its hit franchise with a whole host of treats and some announcements. Predictably, The Last of Us Day will be marked by the first major trailer for HBO’s The Last of Us. And as the stolen footage of the shoot and the official teaser suggest, it promises to be very faithful.

Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsay set the tone. After a brief teaser released earlier this year, the HBO adaptation of Naughty Dog’s cult game returns with a first trailer. The opportunity to rediscover the actors in the skin of Joel and Ellie while enjoying some environments, iconic sequences, supporting characters and even clickers. The trailer also seems to confirm the presence of flashbacks for some of the cast, including Tess and even Bill. Enough to give more body to those who have crossed paths with the iconic PlayStation duo.
