The latest Japanese boxed video game software and hardware is in this week from the team at sales tracker Famitsu for the week of 3rd October, 2022 to 9th October, 2022. The best-selling game this week is once again Nintendo’s very own Splatoon 3, which shifted an additional 120,564 physical copies this week. This week also saw the release of the long-awaited Switch version of NieR: Automata which entered at No.2 shifting 30,218 copies. The best-selling hardware was the Nintendo Switch family of systems which sold an additional 62,100 units this week.
