Intel has taken a long time to respond to AMD and at the moment, with all the leaks in the middle of this process, there has been no set date for launch and very little launch.
What is clear is that we are not very far from both, because when inflation starts, it is a clear sign that we are approaching its criticism. What will Intel do against its 9th Gen?
Nine filtered types only i3-10320 expires in price
Keep in mind that they are the first indicators of inflation we found, which is obviously not the official source for this, but it is a clear indication of what we saw after the launch of their platform.
Filtered processors arrive reasonably priced at no euros (converted) and there are 9 models included, of which less is priced of 80 euros and 279 euros.
These Comet Lake-S CPUs are: Pentium G6400, Pentium G6500, Pentium G6600, Core i3-10100, Core i310300, Core i5-10400F, Core i5-10400, Core i5-10500 and Core i5-10600.
The amazing thing about Pentium is that we know very little about them, but their prices are still here even before they know their details. Inside the i3 you just need to know the price of the i3-10320, an 8-core 4U CPU with a base frequency of 3.8 GHz and a Boost of 4.6 GHz with only 65 watts.
Cofi Lake-S vs Comet Lake-S: prices will rise again
Comparisons are difficult, but since VideoCardz have done a good comparison that allows us to see the hard truth: Intel is also raising prices, despite the small number of cases.
The increase adds from two euros of increase when we compare the Pentium G5600 against the new Pentium G6600, up to 15 euros the difference between the Core i5-9600 compared to the new i5-10600. And thanks to how in the Pentium and Core i3 series, the increase is almost half compared to that of the Core i5.
At first we thought it was because Intel would eventually notify all its mid-range CPUs just like AMD did, but a recent leak doubts that this will happen.
Until then some misses say that most of the Comet Lake-S models will also come with standard TIM and not STIM as the unlocked models are up to the Cofi Lake-S generation, something that has created a downside.
Obviously, mature prices may change, because they are not legal, but they show comparing themselves with 9th Gen within the same stores that this trend seems to be on the rise, something no user would like and seeing that the product may not allow the fact that these processors end up selling more than AMD.
