After several months of constant rumors about the release of several Silent Hill titles, today finally Konami announced that news of the game will be coming very soon. This will be done in a virtual event next Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.
According to all rumors, the new opus, and the next one, would be a remake of Silent Hill 2. We have even already been able to see alleged images of the game. Added to this, we know that Konami is working on at least 2 other games and a film about the saga.
A new Silent Hill game becomes official
Knowing that what we will see is a show where they will give general news about Silent Hill, we can expect 4 big news related to this classic story to be announced. As far as we know, a remake of the second game, an episodic spin-off, and a sequel are in the works. All this we could see next Wednesday.
Finally, a brand called Silent Hill: The Short Message recently listed in Korea, as its publisher is the one that usually releases games in that country. In this way, everything the Silent Hill brand has to teach us is more alive than ever; Fans of the saga can already be happy that finally, after years, something new is made official.
