Only a few hours until the live stream in which Konami wants to shed light on the future of Silent Hill. But the YouTube description already gives information about what could be presented at 23:00.
The horror fans among you should already be eagerly awaiting today’s live stream on Silent Hill. No wonder Konami finally promises to finally lift the fallow row from the grave. At 11:00 p.m., the Japanese company will present us with what has been worked on in the past.

While the rumor mill has been churning for weeks and months, the studio could now have scored a clean own goal. The description of the stream contains the words “Silent Hill 2” in combination with “Playstation Store:”. A link to the shop is missing, but a remake of the classic from 2001 seems almost certain. If you look at the metadata of the page, then Steam is also explicitly mentioned, a PC release could also be set.
Whatever exactly Konami is planning, tonight we’re all smarter. In the past, rumors have repeatedly spoken of a new edition of the second part of the series. Bloober Team, which has already made a name for itself among horror fans with the Layers of Fear series, is said to be responsible. Further, an entry in the Korean Rating Board hinted at a game called Silent Hill: The Short Message. And while Konami clings to the old brand, Keiichiro Toyama is working on a project all his own. With Slitterhead, however, the Silent Hill dad is at least staying true to his horror roots.
