We learn a little more about the future of the series call of Duty, in the event that the Activision acquisition ends. It seems that a document surfaced during Sony’s dive into the UK competition authority deal. The latter would have been negotiated between the Japanese giant and Activision and would stimulate that call of Duty will not be able to integrate the Game Pass for a long time. We’re talking about years here, but without specifying the number. Logic would dictate that this should be at least three years, which is the length of the remaining contract between Activision and Sony. Agreement that Microsoft has assured will not break.
Sony is doing everything it can to prevent the father from taking over cod from microsoft. Claiming that the franchise’s exit could hurt sales of its PlayStation consoles. Everyone defends their positions, of course, but in the end justice will decide and forge the future of the video game industry!
