The Apple's association with law It's not a surprise. And while this is often the case because the company seeks or responds to third parties' claims about something related to the technical aspect, it has recently been another type of situation that has led to a call for justice.

Recently, and as Appleinsider reports, it has been heard that those who have received apple litter have filed a restraining order against a man for trying to infiltrate Apple CEO Tim Cook's property twice. According to court documents obtained, the company requested and accepted interim order to prevent a person who is “angry” who harassed and threatened Cook and other security officials.

Apple has asked for an order to stop the intruder

The harassment case was filed against Rakesh "Rocky" Sharma, 42. Who has proof of phone calls made to an undisclosed Apple official on September 25 and October 2, 2019, to leave "Distressing" voice messages sent, according to court documents. In subsequent calls to Apple's sponsorship phone number, Sharma said he knew where the members of the company's biggest team were.

According to various sources, the situation worsens on the night of December 4, when the suspect enters through a closed door related to Cook's property in Palo Alto to bring champagne and flowers. Shortly thereafter, he tagged Cook in a few tweets containing "sexually explicit" and "inappropriate" images of the manager. The same thing happened on January 15, when Sharma entered Cook's property through the same door and rang the house bell. Police were called, but fled the scene before police arrived.

After these facts Apple's representatives sent an email on February 6, he informed Sharma that the company would seek a restraining order, because he did not respond to requests to suspend communication with employees and the executive team.

So far, the restraining order has directed Sharma not to stay away from Cok, his home and Apple Park. The order ends March 3, there the hearing is scheduled.

As CEO of the most important company in the world, Cook remains at the forefront and, in turn, attracts the attention of thousands of people around the world, as we have seen in this case not always with the best of intentions.
