A few months ago, Apple stepped up its commitment to gaming with the merger of its M1 and M2 Silicon chips with the Metal 3 development toolset, showcased at WWDC in 2022. And the first glimpse of this new immersive gaming experience was planned for later this year, with the award-winning Resident Evil Village. And the time has come.
Resident Evil Village is a AAA game, originally developed for consoles like PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. But thanks to Apple’s powerful processors and Metal 3 and MetalFX feature, it’s available for new Macs running macOS Monterey 12.x or macOS Ventura 13.0like what appears in the list below:

Resident Evil Village es the eighth edition of the main series of Resident Evil games. Set a few years after the horrific events of the critically acclaimed Resident Evil 7 biohazard.
The new story begins with Ethan Winters and his wife Mia living peacefully in a new place, free from their past nightmares. As they build their new life together, tragedy strikes them again. When BSAA captain Chris Redfield raids his home, Ethan must once again go through hell to get his kidnapped daughter back.
To face all this adventure, gameplay offers plenty of action with weapons to collect and enemies like growling werewolves, howling gargoyles, and other monsters.
