Black Friday for the whole of November
Ships? Absolutely! With 5 new black ships arriving in port, the famous Tier VII Bismarck, slightly modified compared to the original ship, and the Italian Tier III battleship Dante Alighieri (available through a special mission), the one Semi -AP Grenade gains the obvious Prime Mod for Main Caliber Battery. The other three ships are the Japanese Tier VIII cruiser Ibuki, the German Tier VI Premium destroyer Z-39, and the Italian Tier V Premium cruiser Duca d’Aosta.
Offers? Sure, there are some discounts in the shop starting November 7th, there are more on November 14th and 21st, and the best deals are coming on November 21st: some of them with discounts of up to 80%. The offers are available until December 1st.
Tier VIII reinforcements for the British and French navies
Up to six new ships – one each for destroyers, cruisers and battleships – will be available at Tier VIII of the Royal Navy and Marine Nationale research tree. This series consists of British destroyer Jutland, cruiser Neptune and battleship Temeraire, while French field destroyer Mogador, cruiser Saint Louis and battleship Alsace.
In order to get the new boats, you need to have unlocked and maxed out Tier VII ships of the respective branches, but it’s also possible to research the newcomers from scratch, which equates to 300,000 XP on their Tier VII predecessors. With 150,000 Elite XP on Tier VII ships, the new Tier VIII ships will be automatically unlocked.
Pirates on the Horizon!
Two new ships and two captains to pilot them arrive in this update. Lady Ariadne M. Davis is the chief aboard the British Royal Navy destroyer Caprice (closely modeled on the French destroyer Fantasque – and it’s no coincidence – as a self-respecting pirate she stole the boat from the French), while the gorgeous-looking Michel Le Tir is in charge of the battleship La Foudre (very close to the statistics of the famous Jean Bart). Both captains have unique voiceovers.
There’s also a special Pirate Treasure Chest with guaranteed shiny doubloons inside and a chance for mentioned ships and commanders, along with more goods.
The storm is near
And it’s gorgeous! The current Brewing Storm campaign consists of 100 milestones divided into 5 weeks, with catch-up mechanics alongside Heroic Effort missions for the most experienced sailors available. The ultimate prize available with purchased Admiralty Support is the premium Japanese Tier VIII destroyer Hayate with powerful torpedoes and excellent firing capabilities. A varied set of items is also included in the prizes, with crates, credits, boosters, camouflages, Commander progression items and many more goods.
Ranked 1v1 returns
The duel is back! This update includes four instances of 1v1 ranked battles for Tier IV, V, VI, and VII ships respectively. Carriers are not allowed to participate, and commanders can show their best skills without having to rely on teammates. The ultimate goal is to climb to Rank 1 while competing for an enticing array of prizes including Steel, Commander progression items, Crates, and more items awarded as you gain new ranks.
Daring Bureau project
Another powerful reinforcement in the form of the legendary British destroyer Daring is ready to shine for the Royal Navy! Available for purchase through a free Bureau project, the ship offers diverse gameplay with solid HE shells, up to six charges of smoke generator consumables with a short burst, sonar to equip, and tube-by-tube torpedo launchers.
