The photographic section is one of the points in which the manufacturers seek to differentiate themselves the most in the top of the range, and Samsung, according to these leaks, the rear cameras would receive some improvementseven if the front would see its resolution reduced
This improvement would be carried out in all the models that will come out of the device, and we already know that Sunny Optical will be your supplier for wide-angle and telephoto lenses, and that there could be other surprising changes.
It could be the Galaxy S23 cameras
Rumors have already emerged regarding the Galaxy S23 Ultra’s 200-megapixel camera, as well as its secondary sensors, two of 10 megapixels with x3 and x10 magnification, as does its 12-megapixel wide-angle, and this new leak backs them up with the same numbers.
According to the publication The Elec, these glasses would be supplied by Sunny Opticals, a Chinese manufacturer specializing in glasses. These would be 2 megapixels below the resolution of its predecessor’s telephoto lenses.
However, Samsung’s alleged decision to lower the resolution of the selfie camera on this Galaxy S23 Ultra, as it would go from the 40 megapixels of the Galaxy S22 to 10 or 12 megapixels.
Higher resolution doesn’t always imply higher quality, so we’ll have to wait for the Galaxy S23’s presentation and subsequent analysis to determine whether this reduction meant an improvement or the opposite.
