Black Friday is fast approaching and with it the various commercial offers from the big brands. The various reductions are already being announced by some major manufacturers across all sectors. Still, Sony’s plans for video games are revealed a little in advance. Good news for those looking to renew their PS Plus subscription or switch to a new formula, the promos are coming on Friday.
From November 18-28, 2022, PS5 and PS4 players can purchase discounted PS Plus subscriptions from the PS Store. The information was first revealed by the French leaker car only, before it was confirmed by PlayStation, which didn’t provide any further details. On the other hand, what we do know thanks to the leak is that all three formulas will benefit from a -25% reduction, giving for example:
- One year of PS Plus Essential for $44.99 instead of $59.99.
- One year of PS Plus Extra for $74.99 instead of $99.99.
- One year of PS Plus Premium for $89.99 instead of $119.99.
Of course, this is just a sampling of the possible deals, as there are various PS Plus subscription lengths also available for sale. At the moment it is impossible to know if PlayStation is planning other discounts on the games or commercial operations in stores. However, a new wave of PS Store promos are expected to arrive tomorrow. Chances are they are also related to Black Friday.
