The successful titles from Riot Games, especially League of Legends and Valorant, live especially from cosmetic items and skins that can also be purchased. In this regard, there is now a special new bundle in Valorant – and the proceeds even go to a good cause.
With “A Good Deed // Package 2022” developer Riot Games wants to kill two birds with one stone. On the one hand, players get coveted skins for Valorant in a package, on the other hand, players and developers are doing something good at the same time. Because: 50 percent (weapon skins) or 100 percent (accessories) of all income from sales goes to a good cause.
The promotion has been running since yesterday, November 16th, and will last until November 30th. Proceeds generated will go to the Riot Impact Fund in partnership with ImpactAssets. This is Riot’s charitable commitment to global social efforts.
It is the second charity campaign of this kind within Valorant. This year’s pack includes fan-voted and popular skins. A corresponding vote was already taken between October 21st and 23rd; back then, gamers could vote on which skins should be part of the bundle.
In the end, the following skins and goodies made it into the package:
- Vandal – Nautik
- Ghost – Gaias Rache
- Operator – Exit
- Spectre – Magepunk
- Talisman “A good deed // 2022”
- A Good Deed // 2022 Banner
- Graffiti “A good deed // 2022”
Commenting on the new campaign, senior manager Jimmy Hahn said: “The Social Impact Fund is Riot’s non-profit initiative that stands behind our collective efforts for global social betterment. In partnership with ImpactAssets, the foundation enables players to help more people in long-term ways. The Social Impact Fund is a separate organization from Riot Games that allows investing directly in organizations around the world working to solve some of the world’s most pressing problems.”
