Apple took seriously its proposal to offer the transmission of several of the most important events in the world of sport. After now, the company just announced Major League Soccer Season Passwhich will be available on Apple TV+.
the same apple will be released on February 1, 2023, with the new subscription service available to fans in over 100 countries and regions. And it will be available in the Apple TV+ app from Apple devices, smart TVs, consoles, set-top boxes and on the web with the tv.apple.com website.
Apple’s deal with Major League Soccer begins
The 2023 MLS regular season will start on February 25 when 2022 MLS Cup champions Los Angeles FC take on the LA Galaxy at Rose Bowl Stadium. All matches from the first weekend will be available to watch for free through the Apple TV+ app.
According to the company, the season pass will include all live games from the MLS regular season, playoffs and League Cup. Apple says the MLS Season Pass will bring MLS to a much wider global audience. According to Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of services:
“There is no longer a perfect time to introduce the MLS Season Pass, on the heels of the most spectacular MLS Cup in history and with MLS being the fastest growing football league in the world. We count days until February 2023. when fans worldwide can enjoy the MLS Season Pass on billions of devices, all without interruption.”
This version is the first of agreement signed between Apple and Major League Soccer for 10 years. The deal aims to give fans comprehensive coverage of their favorite clubs throughout the week of the season, as well as a preview of every game.
