Today, with the launch of a large portion of the Xbox Series X SoC, Microsoft's new console promises to improve at every level it intends to integrate. Power, design, catalog and most of all a concept designed to make players fall in love with their varied performance and performance.
For everything Redmond showed up in the press, there are two new modes that have attracted the attention of many players, a new mode called Smart Delivery and Quick Resume.
Reboot immediately on Xbox Series X
The patented technology used by Microsoft to make the delivery of the game to the best and fastest player experience.
The new "Quick Resume" function allows you to continue many games from a set state almost instantly, to get you back to where you were and what you've been doing, without having to wait for long screens to load.
But is this something new? The answer is obviously no. We already have a "quick" mode that allows, among other things, to leave the console hidden, get out of the game or turn it off and continue where we have been. This program must be done with research, so it does not perform well on all topics, but most of them have support; even though the Xbox 360 back is out of stock.
This new mode is an extension of this system that lets you do it with 4 games at once and at high speeds thanks to the console's hard drive.
What is a good delivery?
This part is even more complicated, it is an extension of what Xbox One, Xbox One X and Windows 10 PC Computers do. With Smart Delivery, the system selects the best version of each machine and downloads the assets accordingly.
This technology lets you buy a game once and know that, whether you're playing on the Xbox One or Xbox Series X, you'll find the right kind of game for any Xbox you play. We intend to use Smart Delivery on all of our exclusive Xbox Game Studios titles, including Halo Inflimited, guaranteeing that you only have to buy the title once you play the best version of the Xbox console you choose to play. This technology is available to all developers and publishers, and they can use it for titles to be released first on the Xbox One and then on the Xbox Series X.
This speeds up download by using only the features of each console or PC and discourages everything else. And then it follows the same process as other Xbox One titles, when you buy a game with the Xbox console, you won't pay for upgraded versions of other machines.
