Call of Duty Warzone 2 attracts millions of players, no wonder. After all, the predecessor is one of the most successful Free2Play games in recent years. The exact number can still impress: 25 million players records CoD Warzone 2 in the first five days since release.
This is within striking distance of the first Warzone, which registered 30 million users within ten days. So if word of CoD Warzone 2 continues to spread, this record should be set in the coming days.

However, the answers to the questions as to whether it also playfully shows the successor the door in a friendly manner remain ambivalent. In any case, the majority of reviewers on Steam are not impressed, as you can read here:

Steam review: “Too expensive even for free”
Lots of issues on release
The previous criticism from players mainly refers to technical problems. Frequent crashes, severe lags throughout the game, inexplicable stutters… currently the much-touted Warzone 2.0 is not running smoothly.
Criticism related purely to the gameplay is often much more positive, even if it is almost lost in view of the technical quarrels. Well-known CoD experts and players celebrate the slower, more tactical gameplay and the clean line in the design (except for the nested user interface). The new DMZ mode also surprised some with fun, such as shooter expert Jackfrags:

However, there are also a lot of negative things to be read among players when it comes to gameplay. Some find the new movement bulky and not as fluid as in Warzone 1. The short time to kill, or the short life expectancy under fire, is also criticized.
Now developer Infinity Ward really has their hands full to grind CoD Warzone 2 technically. This will definitely be followed by one or the other adjustment to gameplay and balance.
