Today we bring you an unprecedented surprise. As you well know, Microsoft is in something of a legal standoff with Sony in order to complete the purchase of Activision Blizzard in the different markets. For this, the company is fighting to justify in the different regulatory markets that this purchase would not imply an unfair monopoly in the face of competition. With Sony not making things easy for you, the tech giant’s latest argument has been quite remarkable, as it has claimed that Nintendo is also legitimate competition for themsince even “they offer a wider range of adult content than Xbox does”.

In the text of Microsoft We can see that to justify this statement they use several examples of titles published by Nintendo, such as Bayonetta 3, as well as games that can be found available on the platform such as NieR: Automata, if that’s what! on Nintendo Switch you can play everything!
