The sparrows have been whistling it from the rooftops for a while, but now it’s official: The shooter Far Cry 6 is getting more additional content – and it will be presented in a few days.
Ubisoft has confirmed that the now almost legendary DLC called “Lost Between Worlds” is actually on the way for Far Cry 6 and will be presented in detail shortly. Accordingly, there should be a special live stream in the new week on November 29th, which will be broadcast at 7:00 p.m. German time. In this stream you will then reveal all the details worth knowing about the new expansion and probably also show the first gameplay.
The new DLC is no longer completely unknown to attentive connoisseurs of the game, as there were already rumors in September about such additional content. At the time, Twitter user Agiornamentia Lumia released the information that a new Game of the Year Edition of Far Cry 6 should be released in the next few months, which will then also include a new expansion called “Lost Between Worlds”.
Shortly after the leak, the Game of the Year Edition of the game appeared in the Microsoft Store for $119.99. The description spoke of the “brand new expansion Lost Between Worlds”, which was provided with a general date “coming soon”. However, an official announcement of the DLC by Ubisoft itself has always been pending.
Incidentally, the GotY Edition of Far Cry 6 has been available since October and includes all previous Season Pass content, i.e. the three DLC episodes revolving around the former Far Cry villains Vaas, Pagan Min and Joseph Seed. Also includes Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon and an Ultimate Pack including Jungle Expedition Pack, Croc Hunter Pack and Vice Pack.
