Fans demanded it, Sony did it. The PlayStation Store is getting a not-so-new improvement for PS5 and the web version of the online store.
It was time. Since the launch of the PS5 two years ago, Sony has continuously improved the user experience of its new console. Whether with new features through major updates or by improving certain services that are present on the machine. Some players also regretted the removal of a certain category from PlayStation Store, now it’s back.
Demos category back on PlayStation Store
The PlayStation Store is finally getting an update. With the deployment of the latest updates, the online store had lost a feature that players loved so much. It was then no longer possible to find all PS5 and PS4 games to try for free in no time. After inquiries and complaints, Sony has quietly revived the popular feature. In fact, several users have noticed that the Demos category has returned to the PlayStation Store, both on PS5 and in its web version.
As shown PushSquare You can now find all free demos for PS5 and PS4 games. The category seems almost indispensable as there are more than 350 titles in total, with the newest appearing first. The new PlayStation Store section includes Resident Evil Village, Dragon Ball Z Kakarot and the latest Valkyrie Elysium, among others. Be careful though, this is not to be confused with PS Plus Premium free trials which allow you to play current productions for several hours. Here the lifespan of the demos is variable, lasting more than ten minutes than anything else. It still allows you to get an idea of the games before you buy them.
