Game news Cyberpunk 2077: A GOTY edition like The Witcher 3 planned for 2023?
Cyberpunk 2077 has come back from the dead this year and has performed a true miracle with the release of its next-gen version and the release of the Edgerunners animated series. After this comeback, the game should welcome its first (and final) expansion. A new version of GOTY, complete with title and expansion, could well be in the CD Projekt RED pipes, if we are to believe the latest information.

To Stockwatch.pl, CDPR would have expressed its desire to propose a GOTY edition to its investors during a meeting by next year. According to Studio CEO Adam Kicinski, This edition would be comparable to that of The Witcher 3, which includes the two expansions of this title – Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine.
It’s the natural order of things. This was already the case with The Witcher 3, which was marketed as a Game of The Year edition after receiving these two expansions and has remained so on the market ever since. We can expect the same (in the case of Cyberpunk 2077).
In addition, Adam Kicinski added that this version will be released shortly after the release of Phantom Liberty and a major update. This GOTY edition is offered “at full price”.
