Supergiant Games isn’t the only indie developer that has had something interesting to show at The Game Awards 2022. Exok Games, who are the developers of Celeste, also had something to share. Hades 2 wasn’t previously known, but Earthblade has been known for a while now.
Information on Earthblade, however, has been few and far between. That has changed tonight with a new trailer that showed off lots of gameplay, which suggests that Earthblade will be a Metroidvania title, and a 2024 release date. The announcement tweet, which includes the trailer, is down below.
