The world’s most famous sea sponge is back three years after its last video game. And it’s that new SpongeBob game goes on sale January 31 on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC. THQ Nordic, the game’s distributor, announced via a trailer what the game’s release date will be. Also, just a few hours ago, we got to see a trailer focusing on the boss fights with which the game will have:
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake will be the sequel to Spongebob Squarepants Battle for Bikini Bottom, a game released in 2003 that received a major remaster a few years ago for current consoles. The game will belong to the genre of platforms, putting us at the controls of SpongeBob where you have to save the oceantraveling between different worlds and defeating a series of iconic enemies from the famous series.
