2023 could be the year of PlayStation 5 slim. Rumors of a revision of the current Sony console have been ringing for several months, and next year the Japanese company could bring to stores, stock permitting, its update in terms of design and who knows if another small technical improvement.
The latest rumors come from Game storewho translated an interview conducted by the media Famitsu with Hideaki Nishino, senior vice president of Sony.
During their meeting, the Japanese assured that 2023 will be a very important year for PlayStation and more specifically for PS5. “Will be a very important moment for the platform. I can’t go into specifics right now,” he told Famitsu.
According to GamingBolt magazine, and given the information revealed by Forbes a few months ago, the last quarter of 2023 would be the framework in which Sony would launch its new playstation 5 model. Watch out for any announcements the company makes in the first half of the year regarding new hardware.
