Memo to those who are giving away – or receiving – PlayStations, Xboxes or even PCs this holiday weekend. Every platform and marketplace has a range of games for sale, so load up while you can.

Not to be cynical, but all three storefronts are listed as well Elder Ring for $41.99, so the holiday sale price really seems to be on the publisher’s side. The further back you go the more discounts there are, but if you’re buying a sports title it’s probably best if you do it for a console, as the PC versions are still second fiddle to PlayStation or Xbox are.
