AirPods are Apple’s wireless headphones that have been successful in the markets since their launch. We currently have three models: the standard, the Pro and the Max. Apple wants to keep capturing all those AirPods users to join Apple Music, its music streaming service, offering six free months of Apple Music to all users who purchase AirPods, Beats or HomePods. 6 months free of Apple Music if you have new AirPods
This offer is not new, Apple promoted it at the end of 2021 and so far it is still valid, although at the time it was said that it would be for a limited time. However, Christmas 2022 is here and the offer is still valid for new users of a new AirPod.

This is a promotion where Apple is giving away six months of Apple Music to those new owners of a Big Apple helmet. Before reading further, let’s see what these compatible devices are and if your headphones are included in the list:

- Beats Studio Buds

As you can see, not only AirPods are included in the list but also HomePods and some Beats. In fact, Apple warns that certain older devices are not valid for this offer:
First generation AirPods, Beats Solo3 Wireless, Beats Studio3 Wireless, Beats EP and Beats Flex are not valid.
Accessing the promotion is as easy as pairing your new headphones
The the promotion is automatic when we first pair our headphones with an updated iOS or iPadOS device. In the first moments when we configure the AirPods or headphones, a window will appear informing us of the promotion: six months of free subscription to Apple Music. If at this time the window does not appear, enter the Music application and go to the “Listen” section at the bottom.
We can access the promotion by clicking on “Use now” as long as we take into account that when these six months are over, Apple will charge the subscription of 10.99 dollars per month until the termination of the subscription. Therefore, the recommendation is to accept the promotion and leave a reminder to delete the registered subscription a few days before the free months expire.
