Looks like SEGA is planning another Olympic themed game, possibly with Sonic

SEGA announced new Japanese job listing for a title that will seemingly tie in with the Olympics, the Sonic the Hedgehog series, and will also feature online multiplayer. Previously developed by SEGA Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games: The Official Video Game

which ended in 2021 because the Olympics were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Job candidates will need plenty of “experience with Unreal Engine 4” and “experience in action game development” along with “experience in online games (P2P online combat, etc.) also “production with knowledge of: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Windows.”
