If you want to send an email to several people, a distribution list takes a lot of work off you. You can also set one up in Outlook. We show how to do it.
If you want to send regular e-mails with Outlook to a specific group of people, you don’t need to use abbreviations such as “CC:” or “BCC:”. It is much easier with an automatic Outlook distribution list. This is set up with just a few clicks and there is no risk of forgetting a recipient.
This function is particularly useful for small newsletters or e-mails that are to be sent to the whole family, the sports club or your department. Instead of manually sending individual e-mail addresses, you simply send your message to your Outlook distribution list, which then automatically takes over the delivery to all members.
