An additional lag that opens a larger amplitude in January-February. Period during which the CMA will present preliminary conclusions and possible concessions. A position that can also mean that the British authority is waiting to see how the situation develops at its neighbor across the Atlantic, the FTC.
In fact, since Tuesday January 3, the fight with the latter continues at the preliminary hearing before the American Administrative Court. Recent elements show great determination on both sides. Neither party seems to want that Walk the path of concessions.
