Monster Hunter Rise gives its resolutions on the different platforms

Hunter, Monster, platforms, resolutions, Rise

The next Monster Hunter Ascension Coming to consoles on January 20th. And of course, Xbox owners want to know how the beast stacks up against their favorite toy! Capcom has just lifted the veil on the resolutions to expect across the various machines on the market:

  • on Xbox One Fat and S, Monster Hunter Ascension runs in 1080p
  • on Xbox Series Sexpect 1440p
  • And finally further Xbox Series X and One X, we will see an explosion in native 4K. Plus, 1080p at 120fps on Series X.
  • There is nothing special about the PC, other than that the resolution is calibrated to the performance of your computer.

Capcom also states that cross-saves between Xbox and PC will be possible!

Once again, the One X outperforms the Series S in terms of resolution… a habit that’s sure to annoy some gamers. And you’ll also notice the missing frame rate information. Ormis is a console dependent variable. We therefore expect more or less stable 30 fps on the old generation and 60 fps on the new one. Not to mention the 1080p/120fps announced for the Series X and probably PC).
