Dark Myth: Wukong It’s a game that since its announcement has been on many people’s radar. Developed by Chinese company Game Science, it was first introduced in 2020 as an action role-playing game. Its truly incredible appearance thanks to Unreal Engine 5 and each new information has increased the “hype” surrounding it and created the desire to know more about it.
So far, the Chinese developer has not said anything concrete about the release date of the game. But now, Finally, a release window has been confirmed. In a recently released short film celebrating the Lunar New Year, Game Science confirmed that Dark Myth: Wukong it will be released in just over a year, in the summer of 2024.
No new gameplay footage is shown, but just finally having an actual release window is great news. As for the platforms for which it will be available, it is still awaiting confirmation. Game Science says it will be coming to PC and consoles, but specific details on the latter have not been confirmed. Yes, given the look of the game, it’s easy to assume that it won’t have an oldgen version for PS4 and Xbox One.
