The latest Japan boxed video game software and hardware charts have been released for the week of January 9, 2023 to January 15, 2023. There is no change at the top of either the hardware or software charts with the Nintendo Switch family of systems leading the way with an additional 74,690 units sold this week and Pokemon Scarlet & Violet led the software charts by moving an additional 4,799 retail units. This is the best selling software and hardware in the land of the rising sun.
