Pan-Asian Cruisers in Early Access
A brand new set of Tech Trees make their debut in this update. Pan-Asian cruiser with deep-water torpedoes as her main weapon, supported by the Smoke Generator consumable, available for Tiers IV–VII and earnable through regular crates and Big Early Access crates, each with a personal mission. Also, the Tier VIII branch apex predator Sejong will be available with the launch of the next update, meaning other pan-Asian cruisers will be available for credits by researching the Tech Tree. A new pan-Asian commander, Chen Shaokuan, is bolstering the officer roster to provide more choice at the helm of the new branch’s ships.
Azur Lane: Wave IV
The latest iteration of the Azur Lane collaboration is coming February 6th! It includes up to five new commanders:
- AL New Jersey
- AL Neptune
- AL Roon
- AL Chapayev
- AL St Louis

Griffin of the Baltic flies high
Tier VIII Premium battleship Pommern is the ultimate reward of the latest campaign, available with active Admiralty Support. The Italian Navy, also known as the Regia Marina, finally makes its legendary tier debut! As the ultimate prize of a free Bureau project, cruiser Napoli brings a whole host of interesting creases to the heat of battle. These include high speed coupled with a great combination of camouflage, exhaust smoke generator, which is a signature consumable of Italian ships, and semi-armor-piercing shells for their secondary caliber gun batteries. That’s a very solid set of battle-ready options: consider getting this armored monster!
Competitive seasons come in numbers
Rejoice, captains with a thirst for rivalry! With this update you have many chances – actually more than ever – to prove your skills on the high seas and of course to win prizes. Up to 3 Seasons of Ranked Battles and 2 Brawls are open to all to battle, covering most of the update in the sun. Prizes, including Steel, Crates, Commander progression items, and other in-game content, will be distributed once you reach a certain rank (or wins for Brawl): Get out there and fight, starting on January 1st. February with 5v5 battles from Ranked Season 36.
